What we do and how we add value

STEP 1: ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT & ANCESTRAL RESEARCH

  • We start by assessing your eligibility for citizenship based on your family history and the specific laws that apply to your case. This involves identifying which ancestor you can claim citizenship through and finding the necessary documents to prove it.

Unlike most other services, we do not expect you to already have your ancestral documents. We specialise in locating and retrieving historical records from across Europe, many of which are difficult to find or believed to be lost.

  • Over the years, we have developed a considerable expertise in conducting archival research across Central and Eastern Europe. We conduct meticulous genealogical research through a combination of searching national and local-state archives, in-person research visits, and utilising our strong network of expert genealogists across Europe.

  • We recognise each case is unique, so we tailor our approach to find the most efficient and cost-effective solution. This stage can take up to six months. Fees start at £1,000 and can rise to £2,500+ for more complex cases (e.g., documents from war-affected regions in Ukraine).

STEP 2: APPLICATION PREPARATION & SUBMISSION

  • Once we have confirmed your eligibility and gathered the necessary documents, we handle the entire application process:

    • Verifying, legalising and translating all the required documents needed; and

    • Preparing  and submitting a clear, persuasive application to the relevant government authority.

  • Our fees for this stage range from £500–£950 per application submitted depending on the country and complexity (with a discount for additional family members). Additional costs for document preparation (e.g., certificates, notarisation, translation) typically range from £300–£700, and are passed on at cost.
